SUMMARY:April CLE: Determining Income for Child Support and Spousal Maintenance
DESCRIPTION:Please join us on April 24\, 2025\, at noon via Zoom\, for Magistrate Karen Kugler’s presentation on determining income for child support and spousal maintenance.  Magistrate Kugler is a Child Support Magistrate in the Tenth Judicial District.  Prior to her appointment in 2022\, she practiced in the areas of family and as an ADR provider.  Magistrate Kugler was also chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law Section from 2010 to 2012.  She has a wealth of knowledge in family law and regularly presents CLE’s on family law topics.  We are excited that she is able to present on this topic to ACBA members. \nTo register and access the presentation please click this link.
