DESCRIPTION:The ACBA is pleased to announce our upcoming CLE on November 5\, 2025\, at noon via Zoom. Magistrate Karen Kugler will present Family Law and Social Security. Magistrate Kugler is a Child Support Magistrate in the Tenth Judicial District. Prior to her appointment in 2022\, she practiced in the areas of family and as an ADR provider. Magistrate Kugler was also chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Family Law Section from 2010 to 2012. She has a wealth of knowledge in family law and regularly presents CLE’s on family law topics. We are excited that she is presenting on this topic to ACBA members!
