The ACBA is pleased to announce our upcoming CLE on March 26, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. via Zoom.  Attorneys Elizabeth Wrobel and Jill Sauber will discuss Minnesota Statutes Sec. 609.2334 “Order for Protection Against Financial Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult” effective January 1, 2026.  They will provide an overview of the new law and highlights of the forms provided/available for the public on the judicial branch website.
