Avoiding Unintended Departures CLE

Please join us on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from noon to 1:00 p.m. via Zoom for the ACBA’s first CLE of 2025.  Linda McBrayer from the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines will share her knowledge on calculating out of state offenses, Hernandizing, and avoiding unintended departures at sentencing.
