CLE: Mental Health in the Courtroom: Criminal, Commitment, and Beyond
February 22, 2023
$10.00Join us on February 22, 2022, from noon to 1:00 p.m. for a CLE titled Mental Health in the Courtroom: Criminal, Commitment, and Beyond. This event is being offered as a HYBRID – in person at the Rum River Room (7th Floor of the Anoka County Government Center) or simultaneously offered via webex. Presenters will be live. 1.0 Standard CLE credit is applied for.
During this 60-minute CLE, attorneys and a county mental health manager will discuss the law, resources, and realities of what Criminal Rule 20.01, 20.02, and Civil Commitment entail. For any practitioner, learn about the resources in the community and what is available to your clients, client’s family, colleagues, or friends. Finally, hear a brief preview of the new Rule 20 procedure coming in “July 2023.”
