Predicting the Unpredictable: The 2024 Elections CLE

Join us for a free presentation by Professor David Schultz on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, from noon to 1:00 p.m. via Zoom.
The 2024 election cycle is the most unique already in American history, and there is certain to be additional surprises between now and election day and beyond. This CLE examines the political and legal factors that will impact the 20204 elections, as well as anticipates what unknown unknowns, black swans, or October or November surprises could affect the elections. Emphasis in the CLE will include pre- and post-election legal issues and litigation.
